Position OverviewThe China Strategy Sales Team Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and overseeing a team to ensure alignment with the company’s business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills to drive performance, manage budgets, and deliver comprehensive reports for senior leadership. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute promotional plans to support business goals.Prepare annual and strategic business plans, including financial budgeting and forecasting.Track and analyze sales metrics to ensure business objectives are met.Team Leadership & Performance ManagementSupervise and manage team members, including attendance, performance evaluations, and KPI achievement.Conduct regular team meetings to align objectives and provide feedback.Operational ManagementOversee regional office operations, ensuring seamless communication and effective workflows.Monitor and manage general administrative tasks for the sales team.Sales Reporting & PresentationsDevelop and present detailed reports, including business reviews and sales strategies, to the CEO and executive leadership.Manage sales indicators and performance metrics for effective decision-making.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with other departments to ensure consistent business execution and operational excellence. Salary: $70K - $80K / per year
