Description Robert Half has partnered with a growing IP firm seeking an experienced Copyright litigation attorney, with a strong emphasis on music copyright litigation. This position aims to enforce copyrights in the CA Central District Court against artists and music labels.Responsibilities:
Solid experience litigating in Federal Court
Experience with copyright litigation ideally in the music space
Draft initial disclosures, protective orders, discovery, and other legal documents.
Understanding of music accounting is very nice to have
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience of 5+ years in similar roles, with extensive knowledge and understanding of copyright law.
Understanding of music accounting is highly desirable.
Can be barred in any state and sit anywhere in the country
