Ambassador SupervisorRole SummaryWe are looking for an Ambassador Supervisor to join our team. As an Ambassador Supervisor, you will assist customers with their digital experience using our application by providing an outstanding and personalized customer service experience while supporting and guiding the Ambassadors (front-house customer service representatives) on the team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills and experience mentoring and coaching their team members in a grocery store environment.Key Results Area
Assist guests with managing their accounts
Navigate between multiple and concurrent computer applications, including phone, chat, and email
Provide customer service when problems arise and help to find solutions
Adaptability to the fluctuating needs of the business
Assist customers by always providing exceptional customer service
Complete all training as assigned by management
Manage conflict resolution and make decisions through a delicate balance of integrity and partner resourcing
Work to improve policy, procedures, practices, and training continuously
Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of reports regarding daily and weekly operations.
Role model proper customer service skills to inspire the team to go above and beyond
Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
A minimum of 1 year of supervisor experience
Sound judgment and decision making
Strong leadership skills
Computer proficiency within a Microsoft Windows environment, specifically Microsoft Office
Prior customer service experience required
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
