Description A business funding company in the Mid-Wilshire area is hiring a Data Entry Clerk on an ongoing basis. As the Data Entry Clerk, you will work with small business owners to assist with funding. You will be responsible for reviewing potential client applications, entering information into proprietary database, and processing data for new customers. This role will require several weeks of training. This role is best for someone who enjoys working independently and enjoys repetitive duties.The ideal candidate will be degreed with 1-2 years of experience. This is a fully onsite position in Los Angeles with hours being Monday - Friday 8-5PM with one Saturday of overtime required per quarter. Pay is $23/hr, based on experience. Once full-time, pay is $50k + commission.Requirements Proficiency in data entry with a keen attention to detail Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in administrative roles or data entry preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions Willingness to learn new systems and processes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
