Description Robert Half Management Resources is recruiting for a Director of HR Benefits and Compensation to support our global technology client on a fully remote 4-6 month engagement. This Director of HR will report to the CFO of the company and be responsible for managing a team of HR professionals across time zones and leading global strategies for benefits and compensation programs. This person will be critical in taking the lead through an upcoming restructuring as our client integrates a sizeable acquisition into their organization. This interim support role demands strategic vision, global HR expertise, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:

Global Benefits Management: Develop, implement, and oversee global benefits programs.

Compensation Strategy: Drive global compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and maintain global HR policies, ensuring legal compliance.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with global benefits vendors.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize HRIS for global data analysis and reporting.

Staff Restructuring: perform assessment of global human resources and align job functions to reduce redundancy and achieve compliance

Team Management: Supervise the work of HR personnel across multiple time zones and provide guidance

Requirements

Previous experience in HR leadership for a large global organization ($500M+ Revenue)

Experience leading the HR function and global workforce through corporate transitions (mergers / acquisition)

Ability to overlap working hours with teams based in European time zones

Prior experience using Workday or HRSoft preferred, but not required
