Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Completes community sales and ensure sales processes are followed for all sales teamsEstablish clear sales objectives for the week, month, year etcManage and supervise sales team to ensure they are on track in achieving sales goals. Obtains personal sales outcomes in addition to the teams resultsLead, motivate, acknowledge and inspire your team to perform beyond expectationsCelebrate sales achievements and goals met or surpassedContinually monitor and track sales performanceAnalyze and report on weekly sales outcomes (Yardi CRM experience a plus)·Strategically forecast and manage census informationBe informed on relevant markets and coinciding target audiencesWorks in partnership with other members of the team at the community to achieve overall sales outcomes.
