Employee Relations Advisor

Description We are currently looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to join our organization as an Employee Relations Specialist. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our company's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to manage employee relations within the company.

Handle investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns, and conflicts within the organization.

Create and enforce policies that are in accordance with employment laws and align with company objectives.

Design and deliver training initiatives related to employee relations matters.

Act as a liaison to mediate dialogue between employees and management.

Regularly assess human capital metrics to identify patterns in behavior or conflicts within the workforce.

Coordinate and administer various HR programs and initiatives.

Handle grievance and other procedures related to improving employee and labor relations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role with a strong focus on employee and labor relations.

Demonstrated knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proven ability to think analytically.

Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and human resource management systems.

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
