Description Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant. This company is a tech firm focusing on luxury fashion. Candidates must have experience in Fashion, a degree from FIDM or even experience as a stylist who is looking to transition into administrative work. The workplace is fast-paced and dynamic, and the role is primarily focused on providing top-level assistance to our CEO, with a strong emphasis on communication, organization, and detail-orientation. The role is fully remote but does require travel to West Hollywood for personal assistant tasks. Must have reliable transportation.Responsibilities: Managing professional and personal scheduling for the CEO, including handling agendas, emails, phone calls, client/vendor management, and other company logistics Communicating effectively in written and verbal formats to stakeholders at all levels on behalf of the CEO Coordinating complex scheduling, calendar management, and the flow of information to the CEO Handling travel logistics for the CEO, including arranging accommodations, transportation, and meals Providing administrative support such as note-taking, arranging presentation materials, managing monthly expense reports, and providing ad hoc support Undertaking personal errands for the CEO as needed Maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials Planning and orchestrating work to ensure punctuality, accuracy, and adherence to best practices Calendar Management, Communication, Conference Calls, Correspondence, and knowledge of the Fashion industry.Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role Strong skills in 'Calendar Management', 'Communication', 'Conference Calls', 'Correspondence' Knowledge of the 'Fashion industry' is a must Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to manage complex scheduling and coordinating tasks Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
