Program and configure automation systems including Lutron (HomeWorks QS/QSX, RadioRA 2/3), Savant, Control4, Crestron, and related subsystems.Develop and load system code, user interfaces, and configuration files.Prepare and pre-configure equipment and devices prior to deployment.Install, troubleshoot, and support integrated lighting, AV, control, and network systems.Configure devices using IR, IP, and RS-232 control protocols.Perform system testing, calibration, and commissioning for new installations.Provide on-site and remote service support, including diagnostics, processor checks, and guided client troubleshooting.Deploy, configure, and manage complex wired and wireless networks, including switches, access points, firewalls, VLANs, and IP management.Create and maintain accurate documentation, including device lists, wiring schedules, network maps, and secure password repositories.Communicate clear, timely updates on project status, service actions, and follow-ups.Uphold the company’s commitment to delivering a seamless, positive client experience.
