Description Our client in the entertainment industry is looking for an HR Coordinator to immediately join their team. This company has roughly 100 employees and is poised for 60% growth in 2022. You will assist with various aspects of human resources and recruiting and we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment. You will assist with a variety of support tasks that include but are not limited to: scheduling interviews, on-boarding and off-boarding, new hire orientations, I9 verifications, expense report reconciliation, posting jobs, benefits administration, etc. This company will be going public in 2022 so previous experience working in a fast paced HR department is a must. This company offers a hybrid work option, with 2-3 days in the office starting in January. Key responsibilitiesResearch the internet to uncover potential customers
Oversee employee database records
Oversee office and administrative tasks
Assist with planning new employee orientation meetings
Requirements - Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks
Approachable and appropriate demeanor when interacting with all levels of staff in a rapidly changing environment
Well-founded grasp of Prepare Expense Reports
General familiarity with Process Expense Reports
Expertise in Schedule Interviews
Proven knowledge of expense reports
Proficiency in Onboarding
Benefits administration experience
Human Resources (HR) Administration experience
New Hire Orientations experience highly desired
Experience with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
