We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Director to lead our technology initiatives, manage service delivery, and ensure a robust cybersecurity posture.Key Responsibilities
Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and execute the firm’s IT strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
Cybersecurity Oversight: Implement and manage comprehensive cybersecurity measures, ensuring the protection of sensitive client and firm data.
Help Desk Management: Supervise the Help Desk team to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues, maintaining high service standards.
Service Delivery: Oversee IT service delivery to ensure consistent, high-quality support for all end-users.
iManage Administration: Manage and optimize the firm’s iManage platform, ensuring seamless document management and collaboration.
Vendor and Budget Management: Collaborate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage the IT budget to maximize value and cost efficiency.
Technology Upgrades: Lead projects to upgrade and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards, including those related to data protection and privacy.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, tools, and frameworks.
Proven experience managing Help Desk teams and delivering exceptional IT support.
Expertise in iManage or similar document management systems.
Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and tools.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Law firm or professional services experience is highly preferred.
