Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an IT Manager in the education sector, based in Los Angeles, California. This role involves overseeing the IT infrastructure of our institution, ensuring the smooth operation of our various systems and technology. Responsibilities: Oversee the utilization and optimization of Blackbaud LMS & EdTech systems Manage the MacOS infrastructure, including iPads and Cloud-based O365 Ensure the efficient operation of VOIP and Fresh Desk ticketing systems Oversee the maintenance and replacement of smart boards in a timely manner Liaise with the MSP vendor for network infrastructure needs Coordinate IT support for various yearly events Spearhead upcoming projects such as G-Suite adoption across the team Manage the configuration and troubleshooting of Canon printers Leverage skills in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and Database Management for efficient IT operations Ensure compliance with Active Directory and Auditing standards Oversee the management of Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, and Configuration Management.
