Develop and manage strategy, creative briefs, work orders, presentations, and reporting for brand campaigns and social media initiatives.Manage campaign development to include research, data analysis, insights, concept development, strategy and rationale.Directly manage paid and organic social media efforts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, influencer networks, etc.), as well as influencer and brand partner relationships.Create and maintain social media editorial calendar in partnership with the Senior Manager, Marketing.Manage lifestyle product photo shoots for content that will be utilized on social media platforms, B2B initiatives, eCommerce, etc.Partner with Teleflora’s in-house agency and consumer insights team on brand and social media strategy and execution to develop, track, and monitor social media KPIs and reporting analytics.Collaborate and partner with e-commerce, product marketing, and florist marketing teams to ensure brand messaging, look and feel is consistent across all platforms.Develop and execute philanthropic consumer-facing programming.Manage dedicated portion of department budget and maintain monthly streamlined reporting.Oversee in-house and offsite production for Teleflora’s national holiday brand campaigns.Reliable mode of transportation required. Must be comfortable with traveling up to 20% for primarily local photo shoots and planning, campaign shoots, offsite industry events, and PR events.
