Operations Manager

Description Responsibilities- You will be assisting management in the creation/evaluation of all systems Financial, Order Processing, Inventory, Logistics and HR. Once the systems are in place then will be responsible for the execution and due diligence in generating Monthly Financial and Operational Reports in assistance to the Company’s Contracted CPA. Will Report to the General Manager and the owner of the company. Will Run the operation when the General Manager is out of the office so positive and substantive leadership and organizational skills will be necessary and utilized. An ability to take initiative of the day-to-day management of company-wide tasks without supervision will be required to be successful. Manage the overall operations of the sales order/invoicing processes and equipment loaner departments, including managing inventories, logistics, scheduling, and customer service. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity. Oversee maintenance, and quality control to ensure that all loaner inventory is in excellent condition and meets industry standards. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to forecast sales demands, track inventory levels relative to sales forecasts and thus create and schedule new incoming inventory orders from the factory. Responsible for daily bookkeeping activities, including but not limited to AP, AR, reconciliations, etc.The successful candidate will move up in our fast-growing company to be eventually Vice President of Operations-Western Hemisphere.Qualifications- 4 Year College Degree in a Business-Related Field, 3 years’ experience in Systems Management, Logistics and HR. References upon second interview will be required. Organizational, Leadership and Communication Skills are paramount. Must speak and write on a professional business level. Previous experience in the Motion Picture Production, Equipment Rental or Manufacturer will receive preference.
