Description We are looking for an operations shipping and receiving professional to join our team in Los Angeles, California within the non-profit industry. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment activities, build applicant sources, review job requisitions, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Responsibilities: Serving as the main point of contact for all recruitment activities Building applicant sources through various methods such as researching, contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, and utilizing social media and internet sites Reviewing all job requisitions for accuracy and ensuring all staff requests are met Determining applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements and using various job sites Evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers Arranging management interviews by coordinating schedules and arranging interview locations Coordinating and effectively communicating the recruitment, interviewing, and selection process with external and internal candidates Maintaining, updating, and recording critical candidate information Assisting with updating internship tracking and maintaining accurate records of all volunteers within the organization. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. Requirements Must have a minimum of three years of experience in operations, shipping and receiving roles within a non-profit organization Proficiency in corporate recruiting is required Demonstrated ability to manage and organize inventory effectively Strong understanding of shipping and receiving procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with various departments Solid problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions Must have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to lift and move heavy packages, if necessary Knowledge of safety regulations in a warehouse or storage facility Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Demonstrated commitment to the values and mission of the non-profit sector.   • This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.

  • The Deal Operations Specialist is responsible for data entry and transaction processing. This role creates and processes listing and pending transactions, along with maintaining large amounts of information across various real estate specific databases. This position will collaborate with the Regional Support team to offer agent support as needed and ensuring compliance for required paperwork.
