Track equipment inventory and collaborate on potential purchases
Manage and carry out a variety of technology implementation projects
Support functionality testing and end users
Document all daily data communication transactions, issues and solutions or installations
Complete transferal of data from PC to PC and troubleshoot software/hardware as well as break/fix
Disassemble, pack, move and set up/install on site
Install and repair printers, troubleshooting problems as needed
Coordinate repairs with the appropriate vendors
Take down, box and ship out of date equipment
Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and refurbish PCs, laptops, monitors, server, and other computer hardware
Interface with ticket submitters regularly and effectively
Ensure the integrity of all electronic data records by following company quality standards
Own imaging and preparation of new computers Requirements - A CompTIA A+ certification is a requisite for the position
Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
Well-founded grasp of Computer Hardware
Quality experience with Deskside Support
Microsoft experience
Foundational knowledge in Networking
Expertise in EO/IR systems
Practical knowledge of Deployments
Experience with Operating System
General familiarity with configuration management
Proven knowledge of Active Directory
Solid understanding of Dell Technologies
Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures
1 - 3 years of experience supporting PC and Mac hardware and software, as well as knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and WAN
Familiar with network design and implementation strategies
High attention to detail
