BryceTech has an immediate opening for a Program Manager- SME to support the Space Systems Command MilComm & PNT (SSC/CG) Directorate with a broad range of acquisition capabilities to execute effective and responsive integrated program management of space-related research, development, production, operations and maintenance, and lifecycle acquisition activities. The SSC/CG Directorate is responsible for the planning, acquisition, and sustainment of space-enabled MilComm & PNT capabilities for National/Joint Force Operations. The Program Manager- SME will provide the government customer actionable information, advice, opinions, alternatives, analyses, evaluations, and processes to eliminate waste, with the goal of standardizing best practices and reducing cycle times/cost of doing business to optimize acquisition support to the SSC/CG directorate.Individuals will support various management and administrative roles to ensure efficient and effective operations of organizational activities. Specific tasks may include:Ensure the business operations are optimized by ensuring correct program technical acquisition artifacts are analyzed and integrated at the enterprise level.  Ensure development, documentation, transition, and sustainment of functional databases to support organizational mission requirements and acquisition strategies is maintained. Analyze and support all phases of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process to facilitate effective administration and program management across the directorate. Prepare acquisition reporting materials, including program overviews, executive summaries, milestone status updates, and assessments of overall program health. Manage research and analytical efforts to ensure results are thorough, deliverables are comprehensive, and reviews are conducted according to the established analysis milestone plan. Advise the contractor team on the release of SSC/CG program information to external stakeholders—including industry, media, trade publications, and international partners—through review, coordination, and processing. Provide training to Government personnel on DoD Acquisition policies and procedures relevant to EAS and OSS. Training will cover areas such as Cost, EVM, Scheduling, Budget, and POM. Prepare and complete acquisition related documents and submit recommendations for streamlining and improving all phases of the acquisition process. Provide analysis and recommendations to align portfolio acquisitions, manpower, and funding, and maintain and update the acquisition forecast to ensure accuracy and identify gaps. Support the PEO’s strategic planning by providing technical, engineering, architectural, and acquisition input to inform Government decisions and their alignment with the Directorate’s Strategic Plan. This includes analyzing defense planning guidance and relevant USSF and USAF policies.   Manage task distribution to appropriate 3- and 4-letter organizations, ensuring proper coordination, supporting references, and closure. Responsibilities include tracking task status, reporting metrics, scheduling recurring tasks, monitoring suspense, and ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables.
