We are seeking a Project Controls Manager to support construction management and project control operations for Los Angeles County CAPEX program. This position will serve as a key cost/financial lead, overseeing cost management and budget tracking for high-value public-sector infrastructure efforts. The successful candidate will manage fiscal accountability, ensure compliance with County financial procedures, and deliver timely and accurate financial reports in support of multi-phase construction contracts.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all project cost management, budgeting, and financial oversight activities.Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis aligned with County requirements.Prepare, submit, and track all contract and consultant invoices; coordinate with the County on payment status.Monitor financial compliance with contract terms, approved scopes, and funding allocations.Support preparation of monthly financial reports, audit documentation, and funding source summaries.Coordinate with Project Controls team on budget adjustments, change orders, and funding reallocations.Liaise with County fiscal officers and auditors to support financial transparency and reporting.Assist in maintaining financial records per ISD requirements and internal controls.SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
