Our local client is looking for a Senior Project Manager with CRM experience to join an existing team working onsite. This permanent employment opportunity is based in the Los Angeles, California area. If you want to manage key projects as part of our client's strategic business plan, you could be the Senior Project Manager they're looking for! As a key member of the team, you will ensure that changes are delivered to the expectations of stakeholders. This position is also responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. - Own cross functional projects across multiple systems or functions
- Produce and execute on complex project plans and key milestones
- Arrange project priorities with strategies/objectives
- Recognize and resolve risks proactively
- Assign the right people with the right skills at the right time
- Understand and handle project interdependencies
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant Project Management experience
- Ability to handle multiple projects within strict deadlines
- Project management skills, strong operational abilities, and demonstrated leadership and supervisory qualifications
- Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
- PMP Certification experience
- Solid understanding of PMO (project management office)
- Foundational knowledge in Dynamic CRM, Salesforce CRM, or similar CRM
- Demonstrated knowledge of Agile SDLC
