DescriptionThe Project Policy Analyst duties involves analytical studies on a variety ofpolicies, projects, programs and issues in support of a function, researchinitiative, program and / or organizational unit, or in research of new orchanging systems and programs. In this role, you will assist in policy andprogram planning, development, administration, management and implementation;interprets, monitors and analyzes information regarding policies and proceduresand provides consultative services to department administrators and otherstakeholders.Salary offers aredetermined based on various factors including, but not limited to,qualifications, experience, and equity. The full annual salary range for thisposition is $64,800 - $137,600QualificationsRequired:
Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
Knowledge of common organization- or research-specific and other computer application programs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality.
Analytical / problem-solving skills.
Strong skills in analyzing, researching and synthesizing large amounts of data for preparing sound and relevant proposals / analyses.
Ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.
Strong policy analysis techniques.
