The OpportunityDelaware North Travel and Hospitality is hiring a Regional Operations Vice President to join our team. As the Vice President of Regional Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the profitability of your assigned region and managing relationships in key growth accounts within portfolio. In this role, you will own the client relationship along with select brand relationships and community partnerships.Due to the extensive nature of this role, potentially up to 75%, we are open to a remote candidate who lives in close proximity to one of our airport locations, or a major hub.PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $168700 - $239100 / yearIn addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Responsibilities

Establish and lead a culture aligned with subsidiary objectives, fostering a high-performing team model for improved operations and team member engagement

Plan for financial and human capital growth, including the development of annual budgets in collaboration with senior leadership, and actively engage in talent assessments and succession planning

Focus on key growth accounts and securing new business within the travel hospitality portfolio, while also recognizing and developing operational opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction

Analyze data to make informed business decisions by unit and region, including monitoring operating standards and recommending operational changes for improved efficiency

Lead interactions with corporate and subsidiary departments to ensure compliance with procedures and policies, while also recruiting and guiding the development of management talent

Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with airport leaders, local community members, and internal stakeholders to achieve operational requirements, secure new contracts, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet operational objectives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration; additional equivalent experience above the required minimum may substitute

Minimum of 10 years of progressive, senior management experience in food service management with multi-unit experience required

Experience with ADBE program and partnerships

Brand partnership required, joint venture partnership preferred

Strong client management experience

Experience managing a portfolio of locations over a broad geography with overall P&L respsonsibility of $175 million in revenue (minimum)

Extensive experience in accounting principles, food handling, and service techniques required

Ability to lead and develop other leaders in a results-oriented, high-volume setting

Ability to negotiate and demonstrate a confident, persuasive style

Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, with close proximity to one of our airport locations or a major hub.
