AECOM is seeking a Reporting Manager in Los Angeles, CA supporting our PgM team.  Program Controls is the application of Project Controls in a Program Management context. This includes the added complexity and interactions demanded from Programs such as Government legislation, Political obligations, Legacy creation, multi-partner KPIs, cross industry body creation and/or collaboration, finance partnering, contract incentivization and extensive stakeholder engagement.The responsibilities of the Reporting Manager include the following:Serve as the reporting subject matter expert for the program.Own program reporting to program leadership and stakeholders based on reports created and maintained in PowerBIDevelop, maintain, continuously improve reports for the program and projects within, in support of the overall program following direction from the Program Controls DirectorDesign and deliver interactive dashboards, scorecards, and reports for executive leadership, client stakeholders, and program teams.Translate complex program data into meaningful visualizations and actionable insights.Analyze trends and provide data-driven recommendations to support program decision-making.Establish reporting standards, KPIs, and performance metrics aligned with program objectives.Works closely other Program Controls disciplines to report key information from the data providedDevelop and maintain a data model across multiple source systems of data, including consolidating data from multiple program systems including project management, cost management, scheduling, document management, and risk management platforms.Facilitates clear and concise communication between project teams and stakeholders through clear and accurate reportingEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting solutions.
