Collecting Quantitative survey data
Conduct social network, social cognition and life history interviews
Enter data into various platforms including RedCap, excel, and box
Attend regular check-in and team meetings
Perform other research related activities as required
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Bachelors in social work, psychology, public health, and/or other allied social/behavioral science
Experience working on quantitative research studies, including experience working with large datasets and entering data in RedCap/Quantrics
Experience with collecting quantitative survey data
Interest in working with individuals with serious mental illnesses
Excellent data collection, data entry and data management skills
High level of attention to detail, flexibility, ability to work on a team
Commitment to social equity and services to marginalized and vulnerable populations
Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills
Proficiency in Spanish
Masters in social work or related field preferred
Performance Evaluation Procedure
The Research Assistant will meet with the Principal Investigator and other team members, as needed, on a regular basis to review completed tasks and plan next activities. During these contacts the Research Assistant will discuss professional and academic development goals.
