Program SummarySt. Joseph Center will provide interim housing opportunities to unhoused adults in a safe, private, and secured environment.  Program participants will be empowered to build stability and self-sufficiency while bridging from homelessness to permanent housing.  Each site will offer a variety of supportive services including case coordination, meals, and health checks by nursing staff.  Sites will be fully staffed and operate seven days per week, 24 hours per day with on-site security services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe Resident Monitor’s duties and responsibilities include:  Direct Client Service (90%): Responsible for the care, welfare, safety, and security of participants during their stayEnsure fair procedures and practices, as well as safety within the siteProvide information and referrals to program participantsDistribute clothing, linens, toiletries, and any other items supplied by the program as neededReport any maintenance or janitorial needs to the Shift Manager or Project Coordinator in a timely mannerConduct site, neighborhood and perimeter checksHandle all emergencies by contacting appropriate staff/agenciesReport any incidents and complete incident reportConduct business according with employee handbook exercising judgement and serving the best interests of the agency and communityGeneral (10%): Assist with office-related tasks as neededAttend all mandatory meetings, workshops, and trainingsPerform other general duties as neededOther duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
