Utilizing the nursing process andcollaborative input from the healthcare team, the CN3 delivers comprehensivecare. They exemplify the professional standards set forth by the AmericanNurses Association (ANA), actively engaging in ethical considerations,educational endeavors, evidence-based practice, and research. Additionally,they champion quality improvement initiatives, demonstrate leadership prowess,foster collaboration among peers, evaluate professional practice, optimizeresource utilization, promote environmental health, and advocate for patientsas integral components of clinical nursing practice.SalaryRange: $63.83 - $96.57 HourlyQualifications
BSN or MSN - required
Current California RN license - required
At least 2 years of recent ICU, Cath Lab, Emergency Department or Procedural experience - required
ACLS, BCLS and PALS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association - required
Strong IV Skills - Strongly Preferred
Ability to develop and implement and evaluate patient care plan actively involving patients, family, and staff
Ability to perform historical, physical and behavioral patient assessments
Skill in implementing appropriate nursing interventions on a consistent basis
Official Transcripts and/or original diploma from a registered nursing program must be provided upon hire
