Our clients are two working parents with one precious infant girl, 5 months old. This family is looking to fill TWO nanny positions, with nannies teaming up to cover seven days per week. In this role each nanny will work three and half days per week and will initially be asked to do overnight stays while on duty. This is a 3.5-day rotational schedule with 3.5 days of downtime between shifts. Another option is a nanny working Monday-Thursday and then the other working Friday-Sunday. Once the baby is sleep trained, this position may be reduced to live-out with occasional overnight stays and/or travel. We’re looking for two experienced nannies who are comfortable working up to twelve hours per day and fine with overnight stays. Pay is around $30 an hour and they can guarantee full time.
