In addition to offering innovative streaming services and digital video products, the company provides powerful capabilities in production, distribution and advertising solutions.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:This position is responsible for providing day-to-day contract & legal administration support to the Paramount Global Content Distribution division by timely and efficiently preparing contracts, coordinating execution of approved agreements and tracking and distributing documents.

Prepare contracts, amendments and other legal documents using established templates in connection with Paramounts worldwide television and digital distribution of motion pictures and episodic content, with a focus on pay TV, basic TV, free TV, SVOD and AVOD/FVOD

Coordinate and track status of agreements and related payments

Coordinate and correspond with the Sales, Business Affairs, Creative Affairs, Finance and Legal departments regarding contract administration issues

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned and directed by the Director, Contract & Legal Affairs and senior members of the Legal & Business Affairs team

Basic Qualifications:

At least 5 years of equivalent experience at a major television/motion picture studio and/or comparable administration experience at a law firm

Paralegal legal degree or certification, or equivalent work experience

Solid drafting skills and the ability to manage and prioritize a heavy workload while maintaining keen attention to detail

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Additional Qualifications:

Experience with agreements such as linear and digital distribution license agreements

Familiarity with the motion picture and television program licensing process and terminology

Strong analytical, writing and organization skills

Strong interpersonal, communication and consultative skills

Teamwork-oriented attitude and experience operating as part of a close team

Ability to multi-task and manage a high-volume workload effectively

Ability to work proactively, exercise good judgment and make sound decisions

Adaptable to changes

#LI-hybridAdditional Information:Hiring Salary Range: $35.10 hour - $38.95 hour.The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
