We are currently seeking a dynamic Director, Account Management in our Gaming Services division to strategically drive client success and growth. In this role, you will develop business strategies tailored to achieve client business goals and establish strong relationships with clients at senior levels. As the engagement architect, you will be responsible for crafting account plans and strategies, working directly with client product, marketing, and IT teams to ensure the success of the engagement. Create business strategies to successfully achieve client business goals

Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within an account/client portfolio

Support sales / pre-sales activities by acting as the lead to assess opportunities, respond to RFPs, create proposals and presentations, establish relationships with clients and prospective clients, and help to close/sign new deals

Serve as the engagement architect, responsible for account plans and strategies, and work directly with client product, marketing, and/or IT teams to position the engagement and EPAM for success

Own a portfolio of clients, driving revenue and margin growth as well as customer satisfaction. Key intersection points for our clients, internal teams, and BU Heads / Sales Leads

Ability to navigate and leverage key Gaming Cloud and Technology partnerships to enrich client engagements

Serve as the product owner; partner with clients to help craft the product vision and roadmaps and create compelling customer value propositions and strategies

Drive account revenue within the client/account portfolio as well as accelerate opportunities to influence and sell end-to-end EPAM services

Requirements

Enthusiasm for the Gaming industry

Experience building partnerships with technology providers (i.e., AWS, Azure, Google)

Proven history with developing and growing client relationships and leading teams delivering end-to-end solutions for the Media & Entertainment or Games Industry

Knowledge of technical platforms, business models, and trends – with an industry focus on Gaming, Media, Streaming, or Game Engines

Familiar with the Gaming Services space (i.e., custom software development, porting)

Awareness of online services and major game engines (i.e., Unreal Engine or Unity)

Ability to operate at the strategic level, yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to the team

Exceptional leadership/management skills and superb oral and written communication skills, with seasoned presentation skills
