In the veterinarian telehealth space, there is a software startup looking to add a Senior Product Designer. This company works to help pet owners be more engaged and knowledgeable when it comes to their pet's health. In this role you will be focused on leading the design team efforts across all applications. This company is looking for a candidate who has worked on design teams as well as lead them.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5 or more years as part of a design team
• Experience managing designers or design lead
• Has built design processes and hired designers
• Native and web design portfolio that shows design processes, final designs, and impact
• Passion for user-centric design
• Problem solving skills that can balance both business goals in the product and user feedback
• Detail oriented
• Hypothesis-driven design
• Experience with visual design tools like Sketch, Zeplin, Figma, Invision, etc.
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Must also be a pet lover
What You Will Be Doing
• Building and leading UX and UI designs across applications.
