You will have a variety of client-facing responsibilities such as analyzing issues, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions. The Consultant should have outstanding communication and analytical skills to communicate findings to clients and team members in a fast-paced environment.Consultants will work with teams on activities such as:
Use analytics and analysis to identify issues and solve business problems
Participate in and deliver client engagements that identify, design and implement creative business and technology solutions
Support setting engagement objectives and scope, identify changes in scope, develop work plans for components of engagements and support the coordination of activities between work streams
Lead deliverable content creation and strive to improve deliverable quality through verification and validation of results

3 years consulting and/or relevant industry experience
Manufacturing process and/or Supply Chain background
Experience in more than 1 area within the Supply Chain
Experience with production systems and lean operations improvement
Supplier collaboration and development
Ability to identify client business issues to develop and recommend solutions within the supply chain ecosystem
Experience driving decision-making processes on a client engagement to reach next steps and conclusions
Experience creating and providing oversight of quality deliverables
Strong oral and written communication skills including presentation skills (MS Power Point)
Problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement
Bachelor's Degree
Ability to travel 80-100%
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred qualifications:
An advanced degree in a related field (MBA, Master s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, STEM)
Ability to lead small teams and/or components of large, complex projects
Experience with advanced technology digital solutions that drive improvement
Consulting firm or professional services experience
Digital Supply Chain Strategy experience
