Install, configure, and maintain hardware, such as Windows and Mac devices, networking equipment, storage devices, audio/video conferencing systems, video surveillance systems, and VoIP phone systems.
Install, configure, and maintain software, such as server operating systems, Windows administration (some Linux administration), identity and SSO provider, virtualization, remote access, email, SAN, backup and data management, protection, monitoring, MDM, and web servers.
Provide strategic planning for network security and maintain security of external websites.
Manage server backups and restores, mobile device management and security, AD users and groups, physical servers and server room environment (minimal), cloud compute environments, and cloud disaster recovery.
