About this Position
Our clients’ Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support searches across functions such as Communications, Public Policy/Global Affairs, Legal, and Marketing. As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will source and screen candidates across a variety of pipelines while partnering closely with recruiters and other members of the Talent Acquisition team to attract and engage top-tier talent.
Job Responsibilities
Partner with recruiters and recruiting researchers to understand hiring needs and attract top talent.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to determine effective ways to build and develop talent pipelines.
Generate diverse talent pipelines, identifying candidates who will contribute to Netflix’s mission of entertaining the world.
Source and engage passive candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and alternative sourcing techniques, while providing support for high-volume roles.
Assess and screen candidates through a consistent and structured review process.
Skills/Requirements
5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
Proven ability to build strong talent pipelines across corporate functions such as Legal, Marketing, Communications, and Public Policy/Global Affairs.
Self-motivated, driven, and solution-oriented with a proactive mindset.
Curious and eager to explore market trends, domain technologies, and business insights to enhance recruitment strategies.
Strong ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain data integrity.
Skilled at using data to track progress and inform decisions.
Experience with Eightfold is a strong plus.

6-month contract position.
Pay Range:
$90-$100/HR
