Sushi Chef $20-$25/hour + $600-$800 tip weekly

Chef must have a passion for food and want to take sushi to the next level. Have an eye for detail and be a team player. If you have watched Jiro dreams of Sushi and believe in his philosophies, we want you! You will be responsible for breaking down the fish, prepping for the sushi bar, making sushi rice, inventory, keeping work space clean and organized, and more. If you have the knowledge and have the passion to learn more we want you. This position can lead to a head chef position for the right candidate.
Line Cook $18-$20/hour+ tip weekly

Server (hourly pay + tip weekly)

We are looking for a strong server that has experience in Japanese food, and has extensive knowledge of sushi and sake. Must have 2 years experience as a server. Must be fast and great multitasker, we are a busy sushi restaurant that strive to give our guests the best possible service.

We are looking for experienced busser. You should have at least 3 years' experience in a fast pace restaurant. We are looking for someone that is punctual, reliable, and a hard worker. If you have Japanese restaurant knowledge it is a plus. You will make good tips.
Hostess (hourly pay + tip weekly)
Part time/Full time
Looking for a punctual, hard working, and bubbly hostess. Looking for someone with opentable experience and prior experience. Duties will include answering phone, taking reservations, taking take-out orders and packing them, seating guests.
Dish Washer (hourly pay + tip weekly)
Part time/Full time
We are looking for a dedicated Dishwasher. Must be hard worker and can handle volume. We are a busy sushi restaurant with lots of small dishes. This can lead to a kitchen cook position for the right person.
Responsibilities
Operate dishwasher machine
Washing all dishes, utensils, cups and kitchen equipment
Transports & stores properly all dishes & equipment
Cleaning & organizing storage areas
Take out the trash
Work cleanly
Maintaining health code standards
Assist Chef and kitchen staff as needed
