The Assistant Kitchen Manager is responsible for providing support to the Kitchen Manager. The Assistant Kitchen Manager has strong leadership skills, leads by example, and takes initiative without being asked. They help facilitate the goals of the executive team and are responsible for the quality of the food. We are looking for someone with experience with strong abilities in all areas of the kitchen including prep, pantry, broiler, sauté, and fry. Experience with keeping inventory. Compensation: Depending on experience.
