West-side/LA-based restaurant group is looking for management candidates with the experience range from Assistant Manager to General Manager level.
Experience in multiple types of operations, from quick-service food to full-service restaurant/bars would be considered ideal.
Knowledge of primary FOH systems, such as basic scheduling, weekly inventory, building maintenance, SOP compliance and upholding health department standards is preferred, and we’re happy to train and develop employees that show the willingness to learn.
Our management focus is “hospitality” and “guest experience”, and we will prioritize applicants who can demonstrate that mind-set from Day 1.
This is a “hands-on” management position where the candidate will be encouraged to participate in every FOH job station, from administrative, to guest service, to cleaning and maintenance. “No job is too small”.
This is a great opportunity for a moderately experienced candidate to step into a larger role, or for an experienced GM to begin exploring upper management/multi-unit positions.
Pay is based on experience, depending on whether the terms agreed upon are hourly or salaried, with adjustment/increases possible after 30-60-90-day evaluations.
Start date is ASAP.
