Qualifications:
Restaurant Manager experience: 2-5 years (preferred)
Excellent leadership and organizational skill
Ability to train, inspire and oversee team to the highest hospitality standards
Strong knowledge of food, craft cocktail culture, and current industry trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An infectious, positive attitude
Outstanding hospitality skills
The ability to work well under pressure
