-baker / pastry cook
-prep cook / market assistant
Both positions require commercial kitchen experience and a food handlers cert.
Communication, teamwork, and initiative are qualities needed in new team members.

The position is based in our Lincoln Hights 90063 production kitchen. Fully back-of house, with no customer service. Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, about 20-24 hours a week. Pays $20/hours while training, then increases to $24.
Prep cook / market assistant
Must have:
food handler's cert
morning / afternoon availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays
early morning / afternoon availability Sundays
commercial kitchen experience
ability to assemble sandwiches to order
ability to give good customer service at the farmers market
reliable transportation
can-do attitude
The position is based in our Lincoln Hights 90063 production kitchen on Wednesdays and Thursdays. On Sundays the day begins at kitchen before going to our farmers market. Total is about 24 hours a week. Pays $20/hours while training, then increases to $22. Sunday shifts include tips.
