Broome St. General Store is a luxury convenience store inspired by the eponymous Broome St. in Manhattan's NoLita neighborhood. A full service cafe sit within this mini-department store. For over 13 years our Silver Lake location has served a truly diverse customer base of community regulars, Angelenos, travelers and families with down-to-earth customer service. If 7-11 and Neiman Marcus had a love child, it might look something like us.
Responsibilities include:
Follow and comply with established procedures
Friendly, enthusiastic, and display an affinity for coffee and our products
Maintain a clean and well organized work area
Provide outstanding customer service; ensure customer needs are met in a timely fashion
Opening & closing
Processing retail shipments
Qualifications: Advanced espresso extraction & latte art, experience with La Marzocco (or similar machine). Must be able to lift 40lbs.
