Job Description:
We've just opened a full service coffee shop inside of our market and would like to extend our hours so we are in search of 2 part-time Baristas to join our team. If you have a passion for coffee and excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you!
Current hours of operation:
Monday - Friday 7am - 1pm
Saturday - Sunday 8am - 2pm
Future hours of operation:
Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
Saturday - Sunday 8am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee & non-coffee beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation
Qualifications:
- Previous barista or customer service experience required
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Self-sufficient working alone during shifts
- Flexible availability, including mornings, afternoons and weekends
- Has a car or lives nearby
- A love for coffee and eagerness to learn more
