Job Description:
We are in search of an experienced, part-time Barista to join our team! Good Riddance is specialty market in Venice with a new coffee shop inside serving Mad Lab coffee and Sugarbloom pastries daily. Coffee Shop shifts:
Monday - Friday:
6:30am - 12pm (AM)
12pm - 4:30pm (PM)
Saturday:
7:30am - 12pm (AM)
10am - 4:30pm (PM)
Sunday:
7:30am - 12pm (AM)
12pm - 4:30pm (PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee & non-coffee beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation
Qualifications:
- Previous barista or customer service experience required
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Self-sufficient working alone during shifts (only one barista on shift except Saturdays)
- Flexible availability, including mornings, afternoons and weekends (must be available weekends)
- Has a car or lives nearby
- A love for coffee and eagerness to learn more
