Dialog Cafe in West Hollywood, CA is looking for one Barista to join our team. We are located on 8766 Holloway Dr. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.
Part Time & Full Time available. Must be available for closing shifts & weekend shifts
Candidate must have experience working in 3rd wave coffee.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with Company Standards
- Execute Latte Art
- Prepare smoothies in accordance with Company Standards
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Interact with customers regularly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as a barista. Must have knowledge of third wave coffee
- Must be able to calibrate espresso
- Must be able to execute latte art
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Must have a valid CA Food Handlers
Pay rate: $19.85, plus tips
