Proven culinary background, ideally with European and Middle Eastern cuisine experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple kitchens and teams with consistency and excellence
Flexibility to commute between Glendale and West Hollywood locations
A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

We are preparing to open a new Middle Eastern concept, where you will work alongside the Chef Owner to develop and create the menu from the ground up. In addition, our group has seven more locations launching soon across California, making this an incredible career opportunity for the right candidate.
