What We’re Looking For:
Expediters & Food Runners:
Minimum 2 years experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
Elevated service standards.
Strong eye for detail with finishing touches on plates.
Organized, quick on your feet, and a positive team player.
Sous Chefs & Lead Line Cooks:
Ready to step up and lead in a creative, high-energy kitchen.
Must be comfortable working all stations with consistency and precision.
Strong prep, execution, and plating standards.
Positive attitude, professional presence, and a drive to grow.
