Looking for a motivated and experienced baker to join our sourdough team. (All type Rye bread, Seedless, French rolls, Egg Bread) Must have experience working with various doughs including high hydration doughs,production schedule from mixing to dividing, proofing and helping product.
have reliable transportation, willing to work evening shift to early morning, and have weekend availability. We are willing to train the right candidate,
join our leading and award-winning bakery in Northridge.
Duties includeshaping dough, mixing dough, baking, prepping ingredients, etc. We are a small team and duties are flexible and may extend beyond baker duties, as need arises.
Be reliable with good time and attendance and take pride in the quality of your work. Be a team player above all.
Position will begin at 40-45/per week with room to grow to full time (40+)
