We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Cook/Baker with experience in dough handling. If you have a background in artisan baking, seasonal cooking and enjoy working independently, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities: As a Baker/Cook, you’ll oversee all aspects of food preparation with a focus on quality and craftsmanship. Your primary duties will include baking artisanal bread and preparing simple, seasonal dishes.
Qualifications:
Full availability, including weekends
5 years of Previous kitchen experience
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
A passion for food and an eye for detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and team-player mentality
Capable of regularly lifting and handling heavy objects safely
Must possess a valid California food handler card
