We need an experienced cook who can also work the front of the house. Must be able to read and speak English. Bilingual is great. Takes direction well. Drug free & Professional.
Hours are generally 7am-2pm shifts. They start at 645am and end after a full closing procedure, most of the time around 2:15.
Daily operations include: Opening the restaurant, taking orders, running food, bussing tables, washing dishes, clean as you go. Restocking and Closing the restaurant.
Cook:
Prepping recipes, working orders, washing dishes, opening or closing the kitchen properly. Maintaining clean work stations. Putting away produce and shipments. Amongst other duties.
