Family owned business looking for a part time cook with experience in Hispanic cooking:
rice, beans, carnitas, birria, al pastor, etc. Also experience working in a fast paced kitchen environment.
Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important.
The ideal candidate should be dependable and have reliable transportation.
You must be able to follow all sanitation procedures and keep an orderly environment in the kitchen and ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
Pay is $18-$20/hr. depending on experience.
Workdays are Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.
A valid food handlers permit is required.
