Position Overview
As a Baker with Coffee Commissary, you’ll be responsible for producing freshly baked goods daily and supporting our kitchen team in delivering delicious and consistent products. You’ll thrive in our early morning bakery shifts, helping ensure our cases are stocked with beautifully made pastries for our early risers and loyal patrons.
Responsibilities
Prepare and bake items such as muffins, cookies, and loaves according to our recipes and standards
Maintain consistency, quality, and freshness in all baked goods
Manage time effectively to meet daily production and delivery schedules
Adhere to food safety and cleanliness guidelines in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Requirements
Prior baking experience preferred, but we’re open to training the right candidate
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
Ability to work early morning shifts (3:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.)
Team-oriented, punctual, and dependable
