A renowned Italian restaurant located in Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA), offering exquisite cuisine, is currently seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals for the following positions:
Positions Available:
Servers: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar server role.
Bussers: Minimum of 3 years of experience in bussing and support roles.
Desired Qualifications:
Expertise in Food Pairing: Demonstrated experience in recommending and pairing appropriate wines with various Italian dishes.
High-Pressure Environment: Ability to perform efficiently and maintain professionalism during peak hours, weekends, and holidays.
Teamwork & Communication: Excellent collaborative skills, including effective communication with kitchen staff and the service team during shifts.
Language Advantage: Knowledge of and proficiency in spoken Italian is considered a significant advantage.
Shifts and Operating Hours:
Shifts: Morning and evening shifts are available.
Restaurant Hours: The restaurant operates from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
