What We’re Looking For:
Experienced, professional, hospitality-driven Server who thrives in a fine-dining environment and loves sharing wine.
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years recent experience in fine dining (required)
Demonstrated wine knowledge; confident with pairings and list navigation (400+ labels)
Friendly, polished presence; calm under pressure; team-first mindset
Evening & weekend availability (dinner service daily; weekend lunch only for private events)
Current California Food Handler and RBS (or ability to obtain promptly)
Compensation & Perks
Hourly pay: LA City minimum wage or higher (DOE) + tips

What You’ll Do:
Provide warm, anticipatory service throughout the churrascaria experience
Recommend wines confidently; describe varietals, regions, and styles clearly
Execute refined steps of service, pacing, and table maintenance
Communicate with the team to deliver seamless, memorable hospitality
Follow allergy-safety and guest-care protocols
